Quality Policy

Unihorn India Quality Policy statement incorporates the company's strategy to be achieved via a client-centered culture and a teamwork-based approach known as One Unihorn India. The policy further commits the company to the continual improvement and effectiveness of our management system. Continual improvement and refinement of Unihorn India management systems to meet our internal needs and, as a result the needs of our clients, is an ongoing process and one which will never cease.

THE MANAGEMENT IS COMMITTED TO ACHIEVE CLIENT SATISFACTION BY CONTINUALLY MEETING QUALITY PARAMETERS AND TIMELY COMPLETION OF EACH PROJECT IN ACCORDANCE AND SPECIFICATIONS.

THIS SHALL BE ACHIEVED THROUGH CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT IN PROFESSIONAL SKILLS, UTILIZING TECHNICAL COMPETENCE, QUALITY SYSTEM AND UPGRADATION OF TECHNOLOGY.



                                                                      OBJECTIVES
 

EACH  PROJECT  MUST  BE  EXECUTED  IN  SUCH  A  MANNER  THAT  THE  QUALITY  AND TIME   OF  COMPLETION  ARE  IN                 ACCORDANCE  WITH  THE TERMS  OF  REFERENCE, STANDARDS  AND  SPECIFICATIONS.

EACH  PROJECTS  MUST  BE  EXECUTED  IN  A  COST  EFFECTIVE  MANNER  AND  WITHOUT  ANY  COST  OVER-RUN.

THE COMPANY TURNOVER  MUST  BE PROGRESSIVELY INCREASED BY AT LEAST 10% EVERY YEAR, BY DIVERSIFICATION IF              NECESSARY.
